WIN6 metabase restore to pre 2.4.3 settings

Hsphere services on win6 have been turned off becuse of some problem with the latest upgrades.

Will be started soon.
 
Hsphere is still off, so quotas and changes to domains on win6 may not be working now, we are still waiting on the developers to really look into this problem.
 
Psoft decided all the win6 problems were becasue the hsphere services were off, which I had done intentionally! The IIS is down again now for a few minutes while I again restore the old metabase so the server will function, psoft has been instructed NOT to turn hsphere back on(until they fix the corruption issues)!
 
It is all back up, and monitoring looks much better now, I am keeping an eye on it to make sure psoft does not reenable any services for the short-term.

Total time IIS was off, was about 5 minutes.
