Win6 Responding slow

CF service is not responding on server. I am looking in to it.

IIS server is slow now. We are working on it.

I stopped coldfusion service on Win6 server.

it was Hsphere service which was causing problem. Server is up now.

Something is still making IIS a bit slow, I am working on it still now.
