Win6 - Routing issue

There is a major routing issue with Win6 at the moment. It's shared and most of its dedicated IPs appear to be mapping to a different location. We previously assumed there was an OS issue on the server which turned out to be incorrect. The staff at the NOC are working desparately to figure out what is going on and to resolve this issue.

This issue could most likely be related to our tier-1 provider

We are very very sorry for whats happening at the moment, but its beyond our control. Level3 is having issues and the NOC staff are puttingt 100% of their effort to work this out with them and get win6 back up ASAP

I'd like to assure all our customers that Win6 will be back up as it was when this issue happened. This may take time, it could take another 2 hours as a worst case scenario.

Once we get Win6 back up, we'll be discussing our options with the staff at NOC to change our IPs to another tier-1 or other measures to prevent some of these outages we have been having due to Level3. Level3 is one of the most expensive tier-1 networks in the United States and we pay a premium for their bandwidth to give the best experience to our customers. Unfortunately, we have been let down

The issue has been resolved. I'll let everyone know what action we plan to take to prevent a similar thing from happening again
