Win6 slowdown checking

I am checking a slowdown on win6, it is NOT backups(they aren't running now on here, and should not be on any server).

I think there is some script abuse and I am investigating.

CPU use is actually less than 30% all the time, but the server seems to be in slo-mo mode, I am checking on everything right now.

The issue was the ColdFusion ODBC server, we had to turn CF off and remove some ODBC server logs and restart them, we also did an iisreset during this time trying to find the issue.
