WinCF - Abuse Issue

WinCF has someone that is abusing CPU, and causing java jrun process to die, we are checking this to find the problem.

We have found the site, and the file causing the problems on the WinCF server and have disabled the file so that the user can correct the code. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and this user has been warned not to do development running untested code on the server.
