WinCF3/WinCF4 responding slow

WinCF3/WinCF4 are responding slow. We are checking it.

Again cf3 and cf4 are responding slow, We are checking it.

We are checking the storage node of the servers.

Both servers are up and running at the moment, I am checking further on them however.
