WinCF4 being slow on CF services

We are checking WinCF4 CF as it is being slow, we tried a reboot already without that resolving the matter, and working more on it now.
 
We are seeing a lot of invalid requests coming in clogging up the queue to the CF engine, working to see if we can get this blocked inline.
 
It has been up and running well for over an hour and 20 minutes now, there were a couple IIS resets for some changes made but looks good.
