windows live/hotmail rejecting emails from smtp2.go******.com

    I have 2 customers now on cl2 who are getting emails sent to live or hotmail accounts rejected. bounce message below
    Connected to 65.55.37.88 but sender was rejected.

    Remote host said: 550 SC-004 (COL0-MC2-F10) Unfortunately, messages from
    173.0.142.241 weren't sent. We recommend that you contact your Internet service provider. The problem is that too many unwanted messages have been sent from the following IP address above.

    Lodged a ticket JH #IMQ-33863-855 about 24 hours ago and haven't had any update since the initial response.

    Hope it's not the start of a bigger issue...

    Can someone at jodo please respond to the ticket JH #IMQ-33863-855.
    Customers want to know why the emails are being rejected. I haven't had any luck with a response on live chat or to my last support ticket, I just need a response so that I can calm down the customers effected by this with some sort of an answer.

    So has the issue been not resolved or not sorry but we did not get you there. :)

    I replied to your ticket response that the issue was solved and customers were getting emails through to hotmail. It appears that many of my responses to support are not getting through and also the last 4 tickets I've submitted via the help desk haven't shonw up in ticket history so I've been forced to send them directly to your support address..

    Is there an issue with the help desk?

    What we can do here is send us your login details for the helpdesk system on our customer support email and we shall check out your account to see what the issue is. As far as the help desk is concerned its working fine. Might be something to do with your account so send us those details and we shall happily look into that.
