WinVps slow

I am also working on this, it seems there are a few programs that cna run on VPS that allow it to use all CPU, and while SWSoft says they are working to fix it, they have not gotten a patch to fix it yet.

I am looking at it on KVM now, and trying to find what task is using all the cpu(yes all 4 of them), but it also being very slow for me. However I must know what task it is in order to report to swsoft, and resolve the issue, and work to prevent.
 
I found waht it was, but was unable to kill it, as the server was too slow. Many VPSes were still responding, but some were now. I am trying to do a graceful reboot now.
 
VPSes are coming back up, and I am going in to remove the application in the VPS that was running that caused this, and again sending an angry email to SWsoft about this continual problem with applications being able to consume all CPU.
 
All VPSes are up, or almost up now, and I am diagnosing the error that happened, this was not due to any abuse like previous errors.
