WinVPS2 has a problem with starting VPSes that happens occasionally when a process gets locked. This is a known bug to SWSoft and we will need to perform urgent maintenance(a reboot) to resolve the issue.
 
WinVPS2 is pinging again after the reboot, it will be up with all VPSes within 15-20 minutes.

We are very sorry about the lack of notice on this reboot, it was urgent because some VPS processes would not start.
