WordPress Shopping Carts

I have a potenetial customer with a WordPress site that will want to be adding a shopping cart. Anyone here have any recommendations on WordPress shopping carts? Anything special I'll need to know or do when I setup WordPress on the account to make the shopping cart setup easier/better?

Well, it seems what were once meant to be CMS systems for blogs have turned into general website CMS, what with all the templates, plug-ins, etc. available.

That's CS-Cart, which is a shopping cart in its own right, and not a plug-in/module for wordPress. Also it's not open source.
