WWW dns issue

Hi,

We have an odd issue with one of our domains, opar.us. For some reason, we can access it by just that address, but not www.opar.us .

The wildcard DNS entry doesn't seem to work. We even tried adding a new www A record, but still can't access the site.

Is there a problem with the DNS record for this domain entry?
 
It is pointing to the same ip for both so seems to me the issue would like in the alias/host headers not having an entry for the www portion.

It would probably be best to fix this in Hsphere directly by turning the web hosting service off for the domain, and then back on, it will warn about deleting, but it doesn't delete any content. (unless you use FP shared borders, they will get messed up as uninstalled)
