If you had left us, we may have deleted your Hosting account.
However domain account is separate. Domain CP is provided by Directi, the domain registrar. If you are not able to login, there may be some issue at their end. No one in JodoHost is allowed to change customer password unless customer specifically ask for it. We have not done this till date.
Please write to billing @ jodohost.com. They will email you temporary password.
