I would be happy with better skins for the mail we have, or ability to skin them ourselves. There are some really sharp SquirrelMail skins that make it comparable to yahoo mail, etc.

In regards to the 50 emails limit per email address.... One of my customers is a school. The principal may create an email with a distribution list of 100+ teachers in the TO: field in Outlook. He'll click to send the school-wide message only one time. Does that count as 1 email or 100+...

Your best bet is to get your own merchant account from authorize.net. You can add it easily into H-Sphere to automatically bill customers. You can use PayPal too, but I wouldn't rely on it solely, if for no other reason than it's kind of ghetto for a business not to accept credit cards directly...
