Seriously! I sen you people a ticket hours and hours ago naming at least 2 of my sites that are down. Additionally i also updated the ticket about this issue that i requested the server move of all my domains to win39 because YOUR servers were no longer secure and my website was being hacked...

an update would be nice. all my sites have been down for over 2 hours now. if you read the network outages thread you could be forgiven for thinking it has been resolved .

for me right now, live chat is erroring out with a security warning and showing unattended. Win 28 is loading very slowly and asp net scripts are intermitently failing.

the problem lays with hsphere and its half-arsed documentation and implementations. The help file does not say/reflect what the user sees in the cp. It'd be impossible for anyone whos never done it before to do it successfully for the first time based soley on hsphere help docs. I'm about to...
