Does anyone know how to set up tech support users? I have the tech support admin and tech support plans set up and I want to create a number of technicians so I can assign tickets to them. At the moment the admin account grabs them all. For the life of me I can't work out how to do it. cheers

Hi, If one of my clients pays up front for a yearly account and they go over their monthly transfer or HD space amount how is that billed? ie does the client have a credit amount (the annual payment) and any extra bandwidth or hd space is taken from that amount or is it billed seperatly on...
