If you haven't already, open a ticket. They got it fixed for me (again). Everytime this happens I ask for an explanation of what happened and/or how it was fixed but my question is always ignored...

This issue has come up again. Third time for me I believe. Spam Assassin is marking my e-mails despite the fact I have _never_ activated this in my control panel. Already opened my 2nd ticket for today.

That's exactly what's happening to me. I had the same problem earlier this month, and after one trouble ticket the problem was resolved, but now I'm on my third ticket in two days after being repeatedly told (incorrectly) that it's been fixed.

Something most definately has changed. I've had to open three tickets in the last two days and this has yet to be resolved. I never activated spam assassin on my account yet now it's mysteriously running and no one can turn it off.

Is there any update on this??? Right now none of the web mail programs are working! Help!?!?!?

I don't know since I'm using web access (Horde) but I can tell you that Horde access is still going up and down; all of my e-mail for about 24 hours from anyone but JodoHost is missing, and I've repeatedly asked why my users have had deleted e-mail show up again in their inboxes with no response.

I spent way too much time playing tetris years ago... But I still love it! :)

Okay, this is getting out of control. Once again tonight I've been told it was fixed and it's not. Getting these responses, "It's fixed. Try it." is not very productive - especially when time after time it is not fixed. I'm embarassed that I continually tell two people that use e-mail on...

Thanks Yash. Since Feb. 14th I've been told three times specifically that the problem has been fixed, and several times I was told that everytime was working just fine and there was no problem.

Just tried it. It let the first few e-mails through, but then it started erroring out again.

My ticket was closed earlier today....but I just got to re-open it. It's erroring out _again_. Getting silly...
