Hi, email forwarding has stopped working for a client's account, which has several domains in it - all of the domains have stopped forwarding emails. Details are in ticket: https://billing.jodohost.com/viewticket.php?tid=305210

All the domains seem to be on win34.

It's been 3 hours since I raised the ticket with no reply. This is very urgent for the client, a local dentist practice, please escalate the ticket if possible.

There is nothing with Win 34. We have checked the mail logs and found no issues in the forwarding not working as per the logs.
We have provided the same logs in your ticket as well

Hi, that is completely unhelpful, as the problem is persisting! Check further!

Have you created a test mail forward yourself and tried to send an email to it? You will find that it does NOT WORK.

Please do it now. Create an email forward yourself in that account, and send an email to it. If it works, then you can let me know it's not your problem. If it doesn't work, then it IS your problem.

It is not good enough that you have not run a test to replicate my problem before saying "it's not us". I don't care what your logs say. TEST it YOURSELF.

Mail forwards are pretty much, very unreliable. I've seen gmail bounce them one day and take the next. Many times the problem is that gmail reports them as delivered then never inboxes them. You'd be better off making the forward a mailbox, and using gmail to check the external account by pop3 (its inside the gmail options)

Alternatively, you may want to make a system that registers any form to a database/text file as well as sends the mail and then a webui to read the online submissions.
Emails getting more and more unreliable with the spam and anti spam fighting, moving more and more people to systems like Slack and other online collab software.
