mail5.myhsphere.biz blocked by Hotmail, live.com, ERS-RBL, Barracuda Networks

Ticket #170169
Since May 1, I opened ticket and till now Jodo cannot offer 1 clean IP to be used with mail5.myhsphere.biz
11 days now and I am loosing my business clients. Please check tickets again and take some action.

We're already working on this matter, in fact this is our own server for JH emails as well, it really has nothing to do with 'not offering clean' IPs, our IP space is kept very tidy, it is that the live.com/hotmail system is VERY VERY SLOW to respond to any tickets and does not escalate at all.

Thanks Stephen, but it is not only live.com,
But it is also listed on ERS-RBL as per sample bounced message:

I tried to go to request removal myself but it needs to be done by IP owner.

Please assist with ERS-RBL list removal

We've been working with Microsoft, but getting a lot of same replies like normal, just not action.
This ERS list I have to say its the first time I've seen it in use anywhere, so its not widely used, but we're working to get it removed there too.
