Mail Forwarding not working

I've defined several e-mail forwards for my domain. But none of them are forwarding messages.

The e-mailboxes on the same domain are working.

Any ideas?

Yash is looking into it, and I just got an email that I sent this morning, so it may be resolved or in the process of being resolved now.

dunno about forwarding, but i have had issues for a while now regarding catch-all and erase-all email accounts, that dont seem to be functioning.
i always seem to get the usual "it seems ok here, let us know if you have any issues".

This was fixed yesterday and all mail, finally, got through.

But, I'm having the same problem again today!

I hope this isn't a recurring problem here...

the mail server is currently being flooded by a spammer. Our staff is working on this issue

It is causing receipt of emails from our servers to be delayed. We are working to resolve this permanently. (should have it under control in 12 hours)

things are coming under control now.. we blocked off this spammer X(

Is this problem resolved? I ask since it doesn't seem to be from here...

The problem was resolved yesterday. Then, it was resolved again today.

Now, the problem is recurring, yet again...

Can someone fix this and keep it fixed!

In addition to mail forwarding not working, I'm getting a 'description: The transport failed to connect to the server.
' error message using a basic asp formmail script.

very frustrating since this problem may be hours/days old and I've only just realized.

the problem is totally under control now. The mail queue is normal now. If you are still having issues with SMTP, please open a ticket and it will be looked into as it may be totally unrelated


umlaut, your mailforwarding issue is being looked into by our staff. the problem is software related and not to do with the mailing system. We will have that permanently resolved shortly
