Registering service domain?

Hello there,

I am just setting up my service account for my reseller account and there is no option for 'creating a service domain' as this guide suggests there should be: http://www.jodohost.com/stepbystep5.asp

How do I go about adding the service domain so my domain can actually havea website/mailserver?

Hi David

It's definately there. Under "Parked Domain", you'd find "Service domain". If you have already created the plan, just click edit and you'll find it there

If you still can't find it, please open a ticket and we'll point it out for you

Ah sorry, looks like I was being v. vacant. I did start a ticket but I'll delete it.

I don't see any ticket regarding this in the ticket queue. Please ensure you submit tickets directly from the main control panel. If you log into your admin account (where you create plans, etc.) and submit a ticket there, it would be submitted to yourself and hence we wouldn't receive

Thought I'd just clarify.
