Ticket System

Yash... I know you want us to use the ticket system instead of these forums for support but I'm guessing I am not the only person that is behind a firewall during the day that does not allow access to the CP.

Is there any thought to allowing another route to the CP or at least the ticket system that does not require a special port?

You're also supposed to be able to e-mail support instead and it interfaces with the ticket system. I think they are having trouble with that and asked us not to use it, last I heard.
