Cannot log on to admin and so cannot start a ticket!

Sorry to seem inept, but the reseller control panel login claims my username does not exist. Since I cannot log in, and you no longer accept support tickets via email, I am having to post here.

Needless to say, asking the control panel to email me my password does not work.

Ohhhh how embarassing.... I am terribly sorry to have wasted your time but it appears my username/password store has not been entirely reliable. All is now sorted out.
