Can someone check my site ..seems slow

yes your pages are running slow. i can't even load the Browse Work page, seens like a script is running a loop for too long when reading database records and not moving on to the next or something is severely lacking optimization.

You might try to set your script timeouts low and see if it's not your server or your script, because it should have timed out by now but it looks like it keeps trying to refresh to keep the connection alive which is probably eating up server resources.

I just downloaded windows updates at 540kbps so i know my connection is just fine.

hope that helps

I am checking into this (a ticket would be best, just for future reference), it is very slow, but other sites are not. I did an iisreset and put you in your own pool and it is still dreadful, is there a coding error here?

I will look into it Stephen. Actually I just updated the site. I know the older one was working fine. So I will revert back to old database and code and we go from there.

Thanks for you help guys.
Bill

Wow, can you please submit a ticket, the site is now consuming 80%+ CPU and we are going to have to turn it off to protect the other sites.

I also sent you an email, FTP is running for you to correct the problem.

Edit: Thank you for responding via email and working with us on this, and understanding.

Yes, it is turned off, as any time we turn it on, it consumes the CPU.

This is intentional, and is off on IIS only, can still be accessed via FTP.
The resolution to the problem is being sought after, via the support with the company that wrote the script. Also, a note to the user, if you see this and have it corrected, please submit a ticket, I am not always available via email. I get copies of every ticket, so sometimes an email can slip through, and I am not on 24 hours a day, no matter how much it seems sometimes.
