error creating domains in my account

Hi,

I've been facing this problem for the past couple of days. Not sure what's going on. Has anyone else seen this error message in their hsphere?

Failed to add Domain [domain name]
Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified

We have to have a ticket for this, but most of the time it is caused by having both coldfusion and asp/asp.net, so you might want to check that.
 
I have had the same error now twice. I opened a ticket on the first one, and Jodohost had to add the domain for me (on their end). I just tried to add one today, and got another "Tech support was notified" error. I did have ColdFusion in my plan, and have now removed the module. So, I'm going to try again before creating another ticket.

Plus, my CP is taking FOREVER to load the past couple of days, and sometimes doesn't load at all. And, sometimes my CP shows MB out of MB disk spaces used = N/A (with a full purple bar). What's up with the H-Sphere CPs?
 
Ok, removed ColdFusion from the plan, and tried to create another domain. Still got the "Error creating Domain, Tech Support was notified." Guess I'm going to have to open a ticket... ;(
 
Yes a ticket would be best, as you could have also selected the CF group, and then have ASP/ASP.NEt enabled, which will cause an error as well.

I'm just curious though... Is there something going on with the CP? I've been using the JodoHost H-Sphere control panel for almost a year now, and it has always treated me very well, but over the past couple of days, the CP has been loading VERY slowly, and sometimes the Disk Summary shows "Not Available". I have been adding domains to this plan for quite some time, and now two times in a row, I got the "Failed to Add" error??? Has there been some recent changes to the H-Sphere software on the servers? Or is it just my CP that is having problems?
