I want to transfer My domain

I have my domain name with another company and it expires the 2005-09-29, but I want to transfer it to Jodohost.

- If I transfer my domain now. Is my web Site to be offline in any time?

- I am the administrative and billing contact, but not the technical contact. Is ther a problem with this?

- The e-mail I used to as an administrative and billing contact is not the same as the one I use to login to the domain control Panel. Is ther a problem with this?

It is not recommended to transfer a domain 60 days prior or after domain registration, as it is sometimes blocked, and always a hassle.
