Shell Access

I think I know the answer, but just to confirm for a client...

We do not have shell access to the Unix servers at Jodo, correct?

correct, except for VPS.

So Shell access is not given for linux/unix Hsphere reseller accounts? Live support told me it was, are they incorrect?
