24/7 support???

I though Jodohost was offering 24/7 support? Why is no one answering the live chat or trouble tickets?

Seems like support response has drastically slowed down over the past 2 or 3 days from what it was when I first signed up.

Thank you for the reply Yash, I managed to contact someone on live chat.

Just was having trouble getting through to anyone for quite awhile there and thought support was down or something.

Also had a couple of trouble tickets sitting for over 12 hours unanswered so i was getting a little concerned.

I have brought it to the tech's attention on live chat and they are going to look into it.

OK, was your ticket submitted via Cerberus and did you get a ticket confirmation? I am surprised it has been unanswered for 12 hours. Must have been overlooked

Yash yes it was done through Cerberus Help Desk. It was replied to twice and then I replied back both times.

I replied to the last reply but somehow that did not get posted so I replied again today and its been 10 hours since I posted todays and still no reply. And if you include the other one its been since yesterday.

Anyway one of your tech is aware of the tt and is looking into this.
