windows vps?

What happens if a server needs rebooted... how are clients notified?

What type of server monitoring do you offer?

How many clients are setup on each server?

Clients can reboot their VPS, and if the hardware node needs rebooted(say for major windows patches, or Virtuozzo updates) We will give notice and do this.

What type of server monitoring do you offer?

We will monitor two services each minute for no extra charge with each VPS. But you will need to make a ticket request for this.

This varies by the amount of each plan sold, but a total max of 30 in all, however we expect a mix of plans and this to be a lower number then that.

How much notice will you give before a reboot? Do you have any information on the stability of the windows VPS. I have been reading up on it on the webhostingtalk.com forum and it really does not seem that stable at times.

Is there any chance that you would be offering the Windows VPS on a 1 month trial or something like that?

I'm very very interested in it, just not sure I want to pay that much for it. I'd like to get in and play around with it, see if I can figure it out.

What are the chances?

There will be no free trials, the power of what can be done is very dangerous to offer such trials(and I am not saying you would do anything bad, just in general, it would be a very bad practice)

However we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
