files on web2 changed

Has anyone noticed any php scripts that worked a day ago are broken today?

like leading whitespace in some files has been removed, and lines at the end of the file have been truncated?

this has happened to me, seems coincidental with the reboot, no?

are there backups from a couple of days ago available, because some files that i didn't have backed up were affected.

Sure we have backups, submit a request and we can restore them.

(I don't have an answer for the other part as I am not unix admin, but I know we have backups)

I have uploaded fresh files to replace the corrupted ones, but a problem still exists. My current ticket number is KPX-26481-913

Your issue has been resolved and ticket "KPX-26481-913" already replied.

All my domains running Joomla or any others running php were crashed.

I have managed to restore serveral by uploading new files but my main site is still down from yesterday.

I also noticed something happen on web2. I am working on a joomla site that mysteriously crashed. Didnt put in a ticket though, Ive restored it myself. But its very strange, i never posted it thinking it must have been something I did, but now it seems I was not the only 1. hhmmm

It seems all my sites are running normally again.

There was problems with pages running php on all of my sites having some of the code snipped and then causing errors and all html pages were changed on one site adding link code to other sites.

So anybody who was affected should start looking at any and all pages that they have running php to make sure that they still function correctly. All sites running WordPress were affected and some of the other components in Joomla. I found some of my sites that seem to run correctly but had components that would not function and had to have their php pages reloaded.
