Hsphere Soap Api Blocks Me

Hello

I have an application that creates mailboxes using HSPHERE SOAP API and I found out your server is blocking the access to the API.

Im begging since yesterday, in tickets that never arrive and chatting with technicians that cant understand what Im talking about


I need my domais or IPs to have permission and I have no ideia how to ask for support anymore.

Please Help

you need ot get Jodo to allow your Server IP Address for your requests to access the server.

it it working on one of my sites that i use as a secondary CP. i use a range of envelopes and works fine
