WiNSD1 Network issue

Routes to the network subnet being used on WinSD1 are down. It is not properly accessible from most of the locations. We are looking into it and will post an update soon.

There seems to be a major router failure. ETA from the provider is 4 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience caused

The problem with the router has been resolved and server is accessible again.

I just want to note that this outage only caused an issue for winsd1 IP addresses, all other servers were available.
