Existing accounts on older servers (Coldfusion)

I have an extisting client on a plan that allows for 4 domains and his account is on wincf2.

This client deleted an old domain to add a new one and can not activate CF on the newly added domain.:(

Ticket JMS-35347-320

When trying to activate CF the following error is thrown:

Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified

10hrs ago live chat support said to wait awhile before trying to activate to let the domain "process". This is still not working.

Question: What does "Tech Support Was Notified" mean?
