Web13 Issue - Zend Optimizer

It appears that Web13 was just migrated early today and an application that I had running on this server does not work anymore.

I submitted a ticket #ACX-81896-937 at 10:00 AM this morning and still have no reply. I need the Zend Optimizer updated to the most current version for PHP5.

The application I'm attempting to run was working fine before the migration and is the Easy PHP Calendar script.

Jodohost, please let me know if you are at least working on a resolution for this as it should only be a server update for Zend.

Thanks!

It is being checked it was moved to hold status while it is being done

I saw the posts on the migration of Web13...but I appear to be having some issues still...

- PHP scripts (specifically FormMail.php) are not sending emails.

- File Manger from the control panel results in a 404 error message.

- Stats pages seem to be hit or miss - sometimes they work, sometimes not

- (not really a problem) web13.mydomain.com brings up an actual website (xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) instead of the normal 'default server page'

1. Forms using localhost should be working fine now. If not, please create a support ticket.
2. File manager should work fine now.
3. Please create a support ticket with your stat URL, and username/password if any.
4. web13.your-domain.com should show Hsphere's default page now.

Re: Web13 Issue - Zend Optimizer

Thank you Tanmaya and Jodohost!

The application is back running again without issues.

Thanks a bunch - it looks like everything is fine now.

Also, all of the test messages I ran through the various forms actually went through starting at aboout 8:00pm CST. That was nice, and a good way to re-assure folks that nothing was lost during the downtime.

Thanks again - I was just involved with a problem on another hosting company last week and it took four days and a ton of messages and trouble tickets to get things worked out. One forum post here and the Jodo Host team gets everything straightened out....always impressive!!

Re: Web13 Sessions

I merged the web13 threads, try to keep it to one, I think all problems are resolved now but should anything come up feel free to post.

Re: Web13 Sessions

Server seemed fine right after the migration. Now, I can access it what so ever. either by alias, or IP. Ping request times out! It just completely off the map at the moment, but dont see any other postings in forum, or problems on jodopulse.
Perhaps its confined to UK or something?

no it is certainly up and running.

Re: Web13 Sessions

Ok, I seem to have tracked down this problem to my router now. Linksys WRT54GL. It just wont let me access this one site. If I bypass the router, all is fine.
Read a couple of things online where people have the same problem. From reading, even re-flashing doesnt solve it.

That is a weird issue, I think the WRT54GL supports non linksys firmware that may fix it?

One of my clients is reporting a strange and replicable problem.

When he FTPs to web13 he can login, but cannot see or access any files within his account. I

t just shows the 'base' directory with zero files and folders, and that is it.

All files and folders are visible from the CP File manager.

(Edit: Aside of the FTP issue - everything else appears to be working fine)

Any ideas?

Thanks

Johnno
