Can you redirect domain.com to www.domain.com?

it would help if you posted the domain. I like to help out when i can, however, If i dont know the domain... there is little advice i or any other forum member can do. I have had this problem before and usually happens when your IPs are incorrect for some reason. Unfortunately, this is a common occurance and I do not know why it happens.
