CF3 Reliability

Whats going on with CF3? For the past few weeks, my sites on that server seem to be unavailable more than they are available (not really, but it's pretty bad). Lots of 'cannot connect to jrun server' errors. How often is CF restarting itself? Can we please stabalize this server?

Thanks,
Ross

Server is stable and working fine at present.
However, i will keep an eye on it for any such issue.
Kindly update us in ticket with your FTP details so that we can check it.

Arijeet, It's not just one site. ColdFusion is crashing several times a day. 3 times this evening I went to the site and jrun could not connect. Entering a ticket would be useless, because by the time you get to it, the CF server will most likely be back up, and that is what you will report when you close the ticket.

Please take a look at the server logs. If I run into this during the short time I'm checking on the sites, I'm afraid to know how many times it is actually happening daily.

We have monitoring on wincf3 every minute, if any issue it is fixed quickly, we were having some issues with it, but recently it is looking a lot better, as we are not just monitoring our internal site, but another site heavily using ODBC connections, which is what was crashing too regularly.

Still having issues with cf3. Been getting several reports from clients throughout the day that their sites are down for a few minutes at a time.

One site is simply a phpBB forum, no CF even in use (don't now why they signed up for a CF plan). Can it be moved to another server, perhaps a Linux server, if so what is the process to avoid forum downtime?

It can be moved to a windows server using internal hsphere process, but not to unix.

We've gotten a few reports of php having issues on cf3, but not been able to track it down, and it is not consistently giving the errors at all.
