Safeharbor

I wil leave this for Atul to check and answer, but I am not sure we will be doing this at all. We are an India based company with servers in the US. all agreements are with the India based corporate, not the US. No one is buying from the US company.

As a US Registered company, we follow all US Export Laws and Restrictions as well as any applicable federal or state laws.

I know but you are not in Safeharbour list. This is about data protection and export services to Europe and Jodo is not in the list of the companies that are following Safeharbour . For resellers to comply with laws on data protection in their countries, jodo should be a company Safeharbour

You are not buying from a US company when you purchase hosting. While we comply with US laws for copyrights, content etc, it is NOT a US company you are purchasing from. No one buys from our US company, it is a holding company. When you purchase it is from the India company see: www.jodohost.com/tos.asp

Since we have servers in the US we have to fall under US law for content and copyright issues, but when it comes to the commerce side no one buys from this company.
