Mail11 Webmail is Down

Several days, in fact! I really would like to see some resolution to this - or even acknowledgement of the issue. Tech Support keeps telling me it's solved when it clearly isn't.

We are working on a full solution of it but it is going to go in phased manners here.

We will be introducing a new webmail that will be in place and local to the migrated mail servers without needing a gateway between.
Once all the mail servers are migrated we'll merge the webmail new service options + old (and maintain any preferences there)

right now, webmail works, but is needing a restart of services every few hours to clear the lane and end the gateway timeout errors, we are in a bit of a bind because either way we do it, there will be some remote until all are migrated. This situation with split webmails should last only a week to 10 days.

I am on mail11 but for 2 days I've been seeking resolution for my Outlook clients. I've been asked to change to an IP, to change my syncing options, but I have too many clients with email accounts to ask them to change, I need something fixed on YOUR end!

My ticket number is NVX-36526-697, not much is happening, and like my last issue (http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=22493) the level of support has been unacceptable.

Mail11 is not down, nor has it been. If your ISP still has a cache of the old IP at this point it is very very long in keeping its cache and I'd recommend to switch to others like Google or Open DNS servers. Mail11 had a slight delay only for a very short time that was resolved promptly.

if you are by chance using AVAST anti virus there is a non related matter (Started on July 1, well before migration of mail servers) with their latest updates that you may want to check:
