CL1 Web14 - Continuing Outages

There's been several outages on CL1 Web14 in the last few weeks. Some are thankfully very short, but this is troubling.

Is web14 problematic? Please let me know if it is a known issue, as I have a presentation to make in front of a client on that server next week, and it's hard to be confident in the site loading from what I've seen recently.

We can't see any big issue on web14. During last week there were some outage due to abuse on server which were fixed at that time. Please let us know if you are still facing any issue.

Well, not a "big" issue, but again this morning I received a no-response alert for web14. So, that's a handful of times in the last week, which concerns me.

If thee last for just a period of 20 second or less, it could be apache resets that happen occasionally. We monitor it every minute by automation, and had been monitoring since your first post manually using a status page that auto reloads for us, and stops if it doesn't reply, hanging in the browser tab and giving the tech a notice, but they also regularly check it to be sure that there isn't a site being abused as it tracks stats for that as well.

Yes , we are having a lot of issues with web14 last weeks. Yes , theses outages are for a very small period of time, but it is happening very often and a lot of times (we have 1,2 alerts every day or every two days in the last three weeks).

The response to the tickets is always the same: "it is a problem with apache service, and it is fixed", but it is happening very often.

We are closely monitoring the server web-14 and investigate if there is an issues with the apache service on the server.

Can you let us know if the problem is still there?
