Constant blacklist issues

Hello,

I have been a client for many years and have recently been very worried about the recent ( 1 year) blacklisting issue Jodo has in their mail servers.

I had to purchase a service in order to monitor blakclisting on the jodo servers in order to keep up to date with these listings and place a ticket faster than my client can complain. It is ridiculous the amount of times we get listed.

What is Jodo doing to avoid this? It seems its always mail3 and mail11 almost on a weekly basis.

Please let me know what the plan to control this is or give me/us alternatives.

Resellers could help by asking their clients have quality anti virus and anti malware systems, it is amazing how many people get malware that then send mail via their systems, or jsut outright steals their passes and botnets send mail via their info.
We are doing/have done several things to help with this but it changes on a daily basis. We tried some steps that caused some side effects we did not want so stepped back a bit to look at it again.

I've been a loyal JodoHost Reseller since 2005. I don't believe any group of technical support people works harder for their customers than the Jodo crew. But this constant blacklisting is destroying my business. I'm in a small community and many local businesses use me for hosting. The constant blacklisting has disrupted so much of their local business communication, that I am getting boos and hisses at Rotary, and Chamber of Commerce events.
I'm losing customers, and I am getting a bad reputation, making replacing lost customers nearly impossible, on a local level. Today, the local Remax office, (Realtors) cannot send email to an abstract company, Southwest Abstract (Land Title Company).
This is very very real. Real people. Real money. Sometimes - like today - A LOT of real money is at stake.

Can I use one of my dedicated IPs for a mail server, so that only MY customers are sending from that IP? My company also takes care of much of their computer service needs, and I personally make sure their systems are using Malwarebytes.

On shared mail server, it is not possible to use dedicated outgoing IP for a particular domain.

You can opt our vps service with own mail server installed in which you will have such feature and there will be no such frequent blacklisting issue because that mail server will be only for your domains.
 
It may also be possible to use their local SMTP from their ISP, however I've seen these increasingly listed as well.

Can I rent a Virtual server from and have you route all my email via the VPS? What options do we have?

Please suggest i can't express how difficult it is to explain to clients every week that their IP is blacklisted.

Yes, you can opt vps account with own mail server installed and move mail service of all such domain(s) there.
This mail server will be only for your domain(s) and there will be no such frequent blacklisting issue.

Why not just change the IP and avoid all the issues for your clients. It appears we have been blacklisted for days.

Erik, changing IPs is not a solution as it just gets another IP listed if people have some issue on their network sending emails out via accounts here.
 
We would like to update you that frequent IP change is not the solution unless all clients are aware of their account security and help us to fight and stop spam. However , we always try our best to resolve such issues as immediately as possible.
