jodohost offline, sites offline, control panel offline

Hello,

All my sites (except service account (?!)) are offline. Can't access any control panel or jodohost.com site.

Anyone knows what's going on?

Most my sites are working, but my main website (my livelihood one) is down. I'm on live chat, and they told me it may take some time, sorry for the inconvenience. Don't know if it's related to the packetlosses and DDOS attacks, but I hope it doesn't persist too long.
 
an update would be nice. all my sites have been down for over 2 hours now. if you read the network outages thread you could be forgiven for thinking it has been resolved .
 
At least 5.5 hours downtime here. Assuming we're affected by the same issues I was told it would be resolved about 30 minutes ago. I guess the problems are taking longer than anticipated. :(
 
Any updates Jodohost? It's been 8.5 hours - I've no doubt you're working hard on it, but I was asked to check the forums for updates, and there's been nothing for many hours.
 
We are still working with Parallels to change/migrate win39 shared ip. And they take there own time to fix.
Trying to get it resolve as soon as.
 
We have some workarounds in place now but need a ticket request for them, as it involves not using Hsphere to edit web settings (email is ok)
We hope to have the ability to lift the null route in the next 12-24 hours, but that is all based on traffic if it is possible.
 
As of now, there is only ONE IP address, the Win39 shared IP that is down. (141.20)

All others are up and online. I apologize for not answering here earlier, I was updating Twitter, Facebook, and the main status forum.
 
Bit unfortunate that having transferred to the new server very recently that it's my main website that's been hit by these problems, it wouldn't have mattered so much if it had been any of my other ones.
I know you guys are working round the clock, so I'll sit tight and wish you good luck. Thanks for the updates Stephen.
 
What's the ETA for getting the IP changed? Seems that's going to take another day by the time DNS gets refreshed for some sites?
 
At this moment we are changing ip manually, send us an email or open a support ticket with domain name. we will try to up domain as soon as.
 
Seriously! I sen you people a ticket hours and hours ago naming at least 2 of my sites that are down. Additionally i also updated the ticket about this issue that i requested the server move of all my domains to win39 because YOUR servers were no longer secure and my website was being hacked daily!
I wake up to find a reply asking me to let you know what domains arnt working?
Umm... ALL OF THEM!
I have asked repeatedly for my sites to be restored but it seems at jidohost you have to jump thru all the hoops with a half summersault and do it twice over.
My sites gave been down for many hours.
Heres the ticket bis-32320-347.
Please refund my current month fees or do i have to jump thru a whole new set of hoops for that to be organised also?
