jodohost offline, sites offline, control panel offline

cca,

We have made some changes to move the IP. It will be down if you have DNS cache, any new visitor will be up.

We are dealing with a huge DDOS attack and the shared win39 IP was null routed, this means, sent to a black hole, so any incoming traffic to it is dying, including millions of attacking packets.
You can check the status of the sites using some 3rd party monitoring tools and confirm they are up.
You can also clear your local DNS cache, and change to OpenDNS or Google Public DNS resolvers to get around ISP level DNS cache.

For DNS clearing cpanel has a nice summary for most OS:
http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/ClearingBrowserCache

To use OpenDNS look here:
http://use.opendns.com/

To use google DNS:

cca,

I have checked your domains as given and they are up and running. If you used downforeveryoneorjustme.com prior to the DNS change, then it will likely say down till IT clears DNS cache, just like you may need to do.

go to www.just-ping.com it will forward to CA CloudMonitoring system with worldwide checks, I just ran it and they are working throughout the world.

It has a lot of tests, ping, website check, DNS analysis, and also Traceroute, and can be very useful to understand problems.
