Shamrox Your hotmail account may be set up to send all incoming mail that isn't on your contact list into the junk mail folder. Maybe check your Junk Mail settings in Hotmail.

An update. I cannot use ASPEmail to send mail outside of the domain. ie site at domain1.com cannot use ASPEmail to send to an email account at domain2.com. The error that I get is Is this the way that it is supposed to work?

That is what I have tried to do. Most of my clients are pretty hands off when it comes to their websites, so it tends to make it a little easier to tell them. The few that are hands on will be glad to see more features in their control panel. So I think it will be win win.

Ok, if I add a server alias there is no way to point that alias to a different folder. When I enter the server alias it just points the alias to the root folder. One way that I envision using a sub domain is admin.mysite.com which would point to an admin folder inside the same folder as...

It might not be you, it might be someone else on the server causing the problem. Something else to try is to close down all your browsers (i'm assuming you are using IE) and try again. IE will sometimes cache the error page.

At my last host they had the same problem. It was usually someone's ASP script running in a continuous loop.
