Our sites and emails are coming on and offline. When I read about network outages I see there is a schedule in place. Why dont we get these notices by email anymore? Same goes for "added new servers" notices.

Forgot to mention that I deleted the /cp folder, it's images, login and index page - all this and still have this usage showing up.

Yes. I've had customers complaing about the same today and yesterday. A test shows that emails are coming through in good time, however contact forms (of a different script) are seriously delayed. BTW no response from chat and response from resellersupport@jodo... delayed.
