I have entered several tickets and received ZERO response - I don't even have ticket #s to reference. One of my client sites is able to email internally, but not to anyone off their domain. They are also not receiving any e-mail. What is the IP address for mail4 supposed to be at this point?

I also can't consistently get webmail to work on two domains on web10. It will work one time and then give a 504 Gateway Time-out error the next. I entered a ticket 90 minutes ago and have not even received an e-mail with a ticket #.

I am experiencing the same issue on Web12. It will load fine and then 15 minutes later I get a 500 error. This seems to have started with the weekend migration, but it's a problem I'd like to see addressed.

Web14 is also acting poorly. I have sites on two different platforms on web14, both of which are taking 40+ seconds to load.

This may be a dumb question: I've changed the IP for my nameserver, but when I run the intodns.com report, about halfway down the page there is an entry for the MX records: MX Records Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are: 10 gw-mail.mynamehosting.com...

Hello, This morning I attempted to update the nameserver IP for a domain on register.com. There is no option through their user interface for attaching an IP address to the NS record. Register.com customer support told me that they only use the aliases and that when the IP change occurs...

Somehow that 0.01% of downtime always occurs when a client is looking at their site.

Hello, Is it possible to post an updated migration status spreadsheet? It would be very helpful to know which servers are completed and which still need to be migrated in order to anticipate potential issues.
