Hi, I managed to sort it last night. Not using relative paths messed up the website. It turned out to be using the FQDN of mysql2. If I did it as mysql2.domain.com all PHP sites that use mysql were really slow. Changed it to IP for mysql and they are lightning fast now Cheers Greg
