I just wanted to reiterate what Alvin stated earlier. I also have had excellent service. The help desk has been prompt (within 1 hour) and has solved any issues (3) I've experienced. Although in this forum, no one seems to be able to answer my question about re-selling more than one year...

Is it possible for one of my customers to register thier domain through me for more than one year. Under Settings | Domain Registrar is states the price for reseller for one year, but lists all other years and transfer as "N/A". Am I missing something?
