Sorry, our Tech Support guy was wrong on this, that you can move the domains to the reseller account on your own. You need to send in a ticket and we do it from the Admin CP. All your domains under the old login have been moved under your Reseller account.

Submit a ticket for the same stating the accounts you want to move under your reseller account. Also mention the reseller account details you want the accounts to be moved to.

Have you sent a ticket to [email protected] ? If not, kindly do it. We have no other complaints from any other Reseller. Mention the Username and Password, you are using to login, in the ticket.

There was an issue with the POSTGRESQL database, the database on which H-sphere works and so the CP had to be restarted. It is working fine now.

While creating DSN's the hostname MSSQL1.jodoshared.com is used and it is already resolving to the correct (new) IP now. The process was completed a few hours back and everything is up now.
