I have encountered this shit time after time after time. I feel fortunate that I am astute enough not only to know its a ****ing fraud but to be able to decode the URLs and locate the source hosting company.
I have all too often been referred to "abuse@...." only to find...

and

are both URLs for the same site hosted here where the user is imitating PAY-PAL and trying to SCAM people into giving up their information.
It seems impossible to get ahold of any system administrators at...
