    Sorry one more question. My main domain name is returning mail.jodoshared.com for its MX record, but I have a domain alias that is still resolving to gw-mail.jodoshared.com. (I tried this after I made the change from a network that I had not used previously so it's not a result of caching)

    I'm not sure what you mean. At the moment I'm just using webmail. I have my DNS provider pointing to NS1.JODOSHARED.COM and NS2.JODOSHARED.COM for DNS. In hsphere my domains are pointing to 173.0.141.163. -Jim

    I agree it's very strange. Even other mailboxes on my account don't seem to be having the trouble. But my trouble is consistent across networks, machines, OS versions and Outlook versions. Maybe I’ll try creating another mailbox and see if I can get past it.

    Thanks. The only issue I see is that I'm currently using my one available DB. Once the new DB is set up I'd be transfering the data to the new database and I could delete the current one.
